What does a personal training session include?

Your Training Day personal trainer will develop a comprehensive session based on your specific needs, physical ability and goals.

A typical session with your personal trainer will last 45min to 1 hour. In this time, you will take part in a range of exercises and activities designed to improve various aspects of your health, including:

  • Cardiovascular fitness

  • Strength and endurance

  • Flexibility and range of motion.

The specific exercises you complete with your personal trainer will depend on your preferences and objectives.
