If your address is not listed in the above destinations please email us for a separate quote. We may be able to send goods to your address however will not be able to offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9

Your order should arrive between 1 and 7 business days depending on location and dispatch. How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes! In your shipping confirmation email there will be a unique tracking code that you can enter on the Fastway Couriers website: http://www.fastway.com.au/courier-services/track-your-parcel You may need to wait 24 hours for the tracking information to appear on their website.

I haven't received my package yet. What's going on?

For starters, track your parcel using the above link If things aren't making send with tracking we're happy to help out. That being said, please allow it to be at least 3 days late according to the above table till you alert us. Things can get busy at times especially around various times of the year such as public holidays. When you do contact us, please be sure to include your name, order number, tracking number and contact information so we can find out what's going on for you.

I placed an order but didn't receive confirmation. Where did it go?

There are a few possible reasons why you may have not received a confirmation email after placing an order

  • check your junk mail
  • if you have multiple email accounts, make sure you're checking the right one

If you still haven't received a confirmation email, drop us a line and we'll manually make sure your order was successfully submitted

RETURNS POLICY

Un-opened items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if we decide the reason for return/exchange is appropriate. When we receive the returned package, we will then contact you to organize your refund or exchange.

However please contact us on 03 9808 8311 or info@trainingdayhc.com.au if you wish to make a return/exchange. In the event of returning a free postage item, there may be a deduction of up to $20 from your total refund.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS

We do our best to package the products when they leave us, then it is out of our control. If it has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original packaging.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Contact us on info@trainingdayhc.com.au, or phone 03 9808 8311 if you wish to make a return/exchange.

You will be instructed to send the item back to us in sturdy secure packaging. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.

Include a copy of the purchase order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.

All goods returned will be inspected, in the case that we are not responsible for the damage, we reserve the right to return the goods to the customer at the customers’ expense.
