STRENGTH CLASS

We run a variety of strength classes. This one is a full body strength.

A typical class will be structure by a variety of light to medium weights, you'll be taught how to lift with proper form, in a friendly and fun environment. The duration of these classes are between 30-60 mintues. They are great for building basic strength, they're programed by our own coaches, and no two classes are the exact same.

HIIT

High intensity interval training is a class based workout program; focusing on the use of light resistance and bodyweight exercises to get your heart pumping and calories burning to the maximum potential! Come and try one out, they're guaranteed to improve your day in just 45 minutes.

BOX FIT

A high intensity 45min blast with boxing drills. You will use and learn basic boxing techniques, combined with other body weight exercises. Which means this is a full body hiit session. For hygeinic reasons, remember to bring your own gloves!.
