I’ve been in the gym for over 15 years, and my passion for bodybuilding continues to drive everything I do. I competed in powerlifting between 2018-2019 but returned to bodybuilding in 2022 staying true to the style of training that first inspired me.
My coaching journey began from a love of bodybuilding and the desire to help others achieve their goals using my knowledge and experience.

I love helping people become stronger, healthier, more athletic, and more confident than they thought they could be. Sharing my knowledge and helping people are some of my absolute favourite things.
My background started in Powerlifting back in 2013 which has taken me as an athlete to a medal at national level, and I've coached several people to state and national championships.
I've also had training in all kinds of strength sports including Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman.
Training people for performance is definitely one of my specialties, but helping beginners become comfortable in the gym and discovering their strength is another passion I have, and is one of the things that keeps me excited to be in this profession.
I love building strong relationships with the people I coach, and I take great pride in the trust that my clients have in me.

My background in bodybuilding, coupled with coaching clients through competitions, has taught me the value of a balanced approach to fitness and well-being.

My coaching philosophy centers on helping clients enjoy the process while building lifelong habits in training, balanced nutrition, and overall lifestyle/mindset.
