The difference between "training" and "exercise" for us, is that training focuses on a goal.

We always encourage our members to set small incremental goals. As "setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible."

Break that goal down to progression training plans, from months, to weeks, to days, down to each movement, sets and reps you need to perform each day. Day by day, you're closer to where you want to be, until one day you look back and be amazed at how far you've come.

We've attached a beginner friendly template program for you to try, if you're unfamiliar with an exercise, feel free to ask a team member and we'll be very happy to help! 🙂
