Join the Training Day Gym Team as a Community and Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Now we're looking for someone to help us take it even further.
We're hiring a Community & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) to help bring our culture to life through events, challenges, and projects that keep Training Day at the center of our members' lives.
What you'll do
Plan and run community events, for example Valentine's, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, and beyond.
Help deliver monthly gym challenges and create buzz across all three gyms.
Support social content creation by filming and capturing event content, and helping with graphics and posts that showcase our community.
Assist with special projects - researching, pitching, and helping bring ideas to reality.
Be on the ground during events, making sure everything runs smoothly and members feel the Training Day spirit.
Support the marketing manager with campaigns, content, and community engagement projects throughout the year.
What we're looking for
Experience: 1-2 years in events, hospitality, retail, or community roles (gym experience not required)
Skills: Comfortable on camera and on social media platforms; basic Canva or graphic design skills
Personality: High energy, organized, and genuinely excited about building community (not just posting about it)
A team player who genuinely cares about community, culture, and our brand.
The details
Hourly wage $31-34 p/hour
Part-time: starting 10 hours per week (with flexibility around events)
Locations: Across our gyms in Clayton, Burwood, and Scoresby.
Great fit for a marketing student, recent grad, or anyone who loves fitness and wants hands-on experience building community and brand culture.
