Training Day Gym is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our young and driven team.

‼️ DID YOU KNOW? Each of our Club Managers started out as Customer Service Reps, and worked their way up to lead Training Day on our mission to create the most inspiring training community on Earth and empower people to be "Strong by Choice".

Our Customer Service Reps are the heart of our gyms. You’ll spend your time connecting with members, solving problems, keeping things running smoothly, and contributing to something bigger. There’s a real sense of ownership in the role, and no two shifts are ever the same.

Role Responsibilities

  • Front-of-house customer service

  • Membership sales & retention

  • Admin support & maintaining gym presentation

  • Using POS and CRM systems

  • Retail sales

  • Meeting individual & team KPIs

Skills & Traits

  • A genuine love for people and creating great experiences

  • Passion for training and the TD gym environment

  • Confidence to work independently and take initiative

  • Grit and Growth as your values 

  • Appreciates transparent communication

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Active First Aid & CPR (or willing to get it)
