REGULAR GYMS ARE A DIME A DOZEN
Welcome to Training Day Gym Burwood and Clayton.
We don’t really see ourselves as a regular gym, or fitness centre. Think of Training Day Gym as a recreational fitness & training facility, with a focus on strength, performance and functional training, because we think training should be fun & positive.
Pushing through, when something heavy tries to keep you down - is what we do in the gym, it’s also what we do in life. So as you get stronger and fitter in the gym, you’ll realize that life can be much better, when you’re fit enough to enjoy it.
So think of Training Day as “your” gym. We place your satisfaction above all else, because we want you to love this place as much as we do. Within our uplifting atmosphere, you will do two things; challenge and improve. So instead of telling you we are the best, we ask you to come in, and tell us where we can improve. So we can remain the best gym you’ve ever been to. We do however, expect the same from you!
WE OFFER A WIDE RANGE OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT AT OUR GYMS.
CARDIO ROOMLocated away from the weights area, this room houses all your cardio needs to make your fat cry. From rowers to treadmills, you'll be sure to break a sweat.
WEIGHTS ROOMBig posters of Arnie on the walls to get you motivated, a rack full of dumbbells, and a rack full of barbells, bench press, bench press, another bench press….
BOXING ROOMKnown as the stress release room, full of heavy bags, speed balls and floor to ceiling bags. We occasionally let you stick a photo of your boss on the bags.
PERFORMANCE ROOMChin-up bars along the walls from end to end. Premium bumper plates, a rack full of barbells, gymnastics rings, kettlebells, big truck tires, heavy logs and a prowler.
MACHINE ROOMSFrom beginner friendly pin-loaded machines to plate loaded strength machines for the more advanced. Chase that burn however you want.
OUTDOOR AREAFeeling a bit wild? Need a little bit of fresh air? Take that truck tyre outdoors and flip it like a boss! Our outdoor area is soon to be expanded, watch this space.
LIFTING ROOMThis weightlifting room has four large lifting platforms, squat stands and premium bumper plates. We have multiple sets of jerk boxes and a big bowl of chalk.
RACK ROOMAlso known as Rack City this room is full of squat racks, cages and other equipment for those brave enough to not skip the dreaded leg day.
Infrared SaunaRelease the toxins in your body, and help recover from your training. Our Sunlighten Infrared Sauna in Burwood is available for booking.

1 ON 1 TRAININGYou are matched with a trainer to direct you step by step. This is the pinnacle service and the most effective way to achieve your goals without breaking the bank. If you'd rather not pay a lump sum, please ask us about our “Access Plus” option.
NUTRITION CONSULTATIONSpend an hour with an ISSN Sports Nutritionist, to analyse your body genetic makeup, hormone levels and imbalances. You will receive a tailored food program, to support your training routine.
GROUP TRAININGAll classes are internally programed by us to ensure they are effective and friendly. They are unique, and are targeted at different components of fitness. Great for those who enjoy a friendly community, and the personalized attention from a trainer.
